Today’s message with my first cup of the day is the acronym for TEAM: “Together Everyone Achieves More.”

This week I heard the argument come up again of who is better, Michael Jordan or Lebron James. The young man, who wasn’t alive when Jordan collected his rings, argued for Lebron. He said the Bulls were a great team with some of the best players in the league surrounding Jordan. He said Lebron won championships with lesser teams and thus is better than Jordan.

The truth is that both players had teams built around them. Some of those players were better than the others on their own. But they were assembled as a team to compliment the star player. Neither Michael Jordan or Lebron James would have won a championship without a team.

In everyday life, we can do a lot on our own. However, our talents and skills are multiplied when combined with the strengths of others. We achieve more when we come together for a common goal.

Here are some examples in history of people coming together to achieve more: https://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/team-together-everyone-achieves-more/
